Accounts Receivable/ Accounts Payable Processing and Reporting

This level of service includes all services included in Service Level 1 and additionally:

• Processing of accounts receivable
• Creation of clients/customers invoices
• Produce weekly report of outstanding accounts receivable 
• Process accounts payable
  
• Enter bills
• Produce weekly report of outstanding accounts payable

BMS proudly refers clients to ADP for payroll processing. 

BMS does not provide forensic accounting or auditing.  We cannot be responsible for incomplete or inaccurate information provided to us.  We cannot be relied upon to uncover or disclose financial errors that have or are taking place, however should such matters come to our attention during the provision of our services they will be disclosed to the client immediately.

We primarily use Quickbooks software, both desktop and online, for standard bookkeeping services. Our bookkeeping knowledge can easy utilize other softwares, including industry specific programs.
